Excellent Customer Service. Went one evening without a booking or prior notice to view my first car, after discussing my needs we decided this wasnt a viable option for me. As I was sitting in the car ready to continue my search Paul called me in to show me a newer vehicle that he hadnt had the chance to advertise yet in the parameters of my needs. He had all the relevant details ready for me, discussed finance and insurance - was patient whilst i done my checks. Upon completion I was feeling confident in this car, Paul called the next morning to give me heads up i was getting a call soon, this all went smoothly and Paul kept in touch whilst i filled my part in. Arrived on site to collect the car that evening and paul helped with all the aftersales advice. Couldnt recommend a better place for first time buyers. Reasonably priced and very Knowledgeable about his cars and surrounding businesses. Will definitely be back if I decide to get another car in future. Thanks Paul!
